Help lg g2 : safe mode

I was hoping for some insight from professionals...I recently purchased att lg g2 online; everything seemed to be functioning fine, until i noticed safe mode in corner.
Everywhere I read online had simple solutions that did not seem to help my situation,
How do I get the G2 out of safe mode?
Ive tried rebooting, updates,hard reset, and disconnecting battery for about 15 minutes.

Any suggestions?

Hmm just rebooting should take you out of safe mode so I don't know, sorry.
Was it like that when you first got it?
