My phone just randomly shuts off and will not repsond to the the knock or power button to wake up. so then i long press power button and its like it was and its rebooting. then sometimes after it starts up goes black again. it seems to work if i plug it in but in all these cases I still had battery life. usually 30-60%.
Any ideas?
