I got stuck I'm group text hell yesterday and it appears one message got lost in the ozone when I tried to delete the others. I assume it's still trying to deliver? Now there's a "1" for unread message and there's no message.
I've restarted, turned off all notifications then restarted. Gone to app settings and cleared data, force stop, cleared cache. That 1 pops right back up once the phone reboots.
What now - factory reset??
