LG G2 usb OTG for music?

Will music files play on the LG music player using usb OTG? Seems like a great way to carry your entire music collection around on your phone.
 
Just tried it. Yes, music files will play from OTG USB drive. However I was not able to get the standard Music APP to see them. You have to use the File Manager to see USB Storage and browse to the file. But once selected it will play.
Likely there may be other Music APPs that can look at USB Storage.
