Help LG G3 cell frequency compatibility

I'm thinking about buying a lg g3 off ebay (http://www.ebay.ca/itm/5-5-LG-G3-D8...hash=item33b76f94bd:m:m67O1JqK8MuhL9yT9vn3Gmw). My cell provider, koodo only supports phones with 4G(hspa/lte), (http://help.koodomobile.com/getting...es/Will-my-phone-work-on-Koodo-4G-LTE-network), the ebay add states that it supports "NETWORK Technology GSM / HSPA / LTE". So I should be good to go, right? (Also, I don't have data, and my phone has a sim card, if that makes a difference).

Sure that's a real LG G3 and not a knock-off, fake or clone or whatever? Seems rather cheap and vendor is apparently in Hong Kong. Or possibly it's a PRC version, which won't have Google on it, and not likely to work with North American 4G networks either.

The images that the vendor is showing are meaningless CGI renderings, and NOT of the item that's offered for sale.

I wondered if it was fake as well since it was coming from Hong Kong.
