LG G3 Marshmallow. No UITuner on LG G3?

Have not been able to access System UITuner on my LG G3. Did LG opt out of that feature?

The LG UX has already had that feature via the edit button at the far right of Quick Settings. Same as at was in Lollipop.

Thank you for your response. Not the same thing that is available on other Marshmallow equipped phones. Thank you though.
