Help LG G3 NFC ISSUE

Hi everyone

This weekend I tried to send photos from my old Galaxy S4 to my new LG G3 using NFC, and then later with Wi-Fi Direct. Both attempts failed again and again...

I've transfered this way between two S4's a few times before without hassles: activated NFC on both devices, select the photos I need to share, and touch the backs of the phones together and magically a "Touch to Beam" message appears and the phone receives the photos. Same when the two are connected with Wi-Fi Direct, works easily.

When I did the same with my new G3 everything connects and functions perfectly like it should, but when the G3 wants to accept the photo it instead launches the Play Store looking for some app, but shows an "Item not found; Retry" screen!

I can send from the G3 to the S4, but not from the S4 to the G3...

Tried installing SuperBeam on the G3, but it still goes to the same Play Store page everytime...

Does ANYONE know how to fix this????

BTW. Neither phones are rooted and are running the stock launchers, roms etc. and all the software on the phone is up to date, except for the Android Lollipop update, only the V20e version shows available, I'm waiting for the V20f.

I tried to transfer songs to my daughter's GS3 from my G3. I ended up just transferring via blutetooth. The NFC transfers failed for me too. Think its a matter of proprietary manufacturer transfer protocols.

I used superbeam to transfer files between my G3 and Galaxy Express just to see if my NFC/QI sticker worked and the few songs and photos transferred fine.
