Help lg g3 only back button works

So I just got an international version lg g3 and everything works fine but for some reason only the back button works. The home button and and the app button dont do Jack s*** . also multiscreen doesn't work iether. And neither does holding the volume buttons for screenshot or camera. Litterally all that works is the tapping to go back function. Anyone know how to fix this I already tried a factory reset .please and thanks I would really really be grateful if I could get some help

If you just got it, can you take it back to the store? Is it new or used?
If you've factory reset, and it is still acting up, I would say you have a hardware issue.
