Help LG G3: screen stopped working all of a sudden

I got this phone 10 months ago with no major problems, just overheat (rarely) and fast battery draining, as I used to charge it 2 times a day. Yesterday and all of a sudden the screen switched off, removed the battery for some hours with no hope, notification led is working that means the phone is working but there is no sound, just the vibration when I try to charge it.

Sorry to hear about your phone issues.
Your phone is still covered by the mfgs warranty if you bought it brand new.
Contact LG/your carrier/point-of-purchase regarding warranty service/fulfillment.
If you bought it used,more than likely you're on the hook for the cost of repairs.

I hope this isn't the case & there's just some glitch/software issue causing your screen to go dark.
Hopefully someone else here in the forum has seen this before & can offer a remedy.
