Lg G4 Aluminum Metal back cover?

Hi, I'm thinking of buying the LG G4 coming from the HTC M7 but that plastic cover is the only thing holding me back. Has anyone found a metallic silver or black back case I can replace the plastic with from a third party seller? I did a quick search but I can't seem to find one.

(The leather is totally out of the question)

Are you sure you want to go with the G4 when the G5 will be out in 4 days?
Then you can get full metal construction.

I have a problem paying $650 for a phone that in a year it will be half that. Plus there are no huge improvements in all these new phones coming out this year that makes me pay that much for a phone. Maybe lg g6 next year. Lg G4 is still a great phone that does everything all these new phones do.

I think $350 (T Mobile) for the g4 is a great price.

Fwiw, I've not found any metal cases/backs for the phone unfortunately.

Do you go caseless? There are some pretty good quality cases out there if you don't mind using a case (again, they're plastic though).

What about a metal bumper? I can find those.

Not as bulky as a case, but would at least make it feel kinda metallic (I'm clutching at straws, I know).

Thanks for trying but cases/bumpers are just too bulky & defeat the purpose of buying a nice phone. I might just have to deal with the plastic back.

Bought the G4, so far happy with it. Feels good in the hand and does not look bad at all and is as smooth as the new phones I tested out there. It did not come with headphones which is little odd. Hope it helps anyone that's looking to buy it.

G4 is an excellent phone for sure. I just bought one. But I kinda wish I had gone with the International model so I could root a lot easier. Don't get a Verizon model. Only exception is that Verizon networks work in more places and I travel around to different places frequently.

I looked as well and I think it is either the plastic or the leather. The plastic isn't bad, I got a "body glove" for mine because I like the looks and feel and it makes it thicker, but not too thick. The LG G4 is really thin and I personally like a little bulk so it feels more secure, but that's just me. Good luck and post if you find one.
