Help Lg g4 problem

I have an lg g4 and i dont have update software menu under about phone --> update centre.
I tried to connect my phone with lg pc bridge and it wont connect.
My phone was rooted and i unrooted it using #su.
What is the problem?

No it was rooted by someone else

So maybe that person have replaced the origin ROM with another one. Can you make a screenshot of your phone's software details?
