Recently, my lg g4 has been in the "BOOTLOOP" Problem where all i can see is the LG Logo, and i need to access Recovery Mode for my LG G4, this attempt never worked (I used the internet to help) But im still able to access the IMEI Display and The Factory Reset screen but the factory reset will not work when i confirm the Hard reset, it will go for the bootloop again with the LG Logo. Can anyone please solve this problem?

Reinstall stock firmware:

Be sure to remove sim/sd card before flashing the stock firmware,And when your done flashing you can put them back in.
Flashing the stock firmware will fix your boot loop issue.
Edit: BTW,There really isn't a stock recovery on the G4.

okay then, but one more thing, can this work with any carrier? "im with bell" and second, do i need windows to download these files?
It should work on Bell,If I'm not mistaken.AT&T owns Bell.
And yes you will need windows on your computer.
