Lg g4 won't call or recieve

When i try to call someone it says that emergency calls only and when someone trys to call me they are told that the phone is switched off please help me

Check it's not IMEI blacklisted, if you acquired it used. Did you pay your phone bill?

If you verified that the SIM works in a different phone then there might be something physically broken in the phone preventing your SIM from being read correctly.

The signals are full and data is working
