LG G5 Verizon back camera focus problem

My back camera can only do short focus, I cant take a full picture in long focus... Luckily my wide camera is working for me to take picture.. I tried reset the phone few times but it ain't working... Any advise here please to help me

Sounds very much like the auto-focus has packed up. Which is a hardware problem, LG service required.

Do you have it set to macro? I think I've run into this before and turning off the macro setting fixes it.
