Help LG GW620 Market Download Problem?

Hey everyone! I'm new to this forum and I ask for help :/
I'v been looking around forever but can't find any answers to the problem:
-Android Market won't download any apps to my LG GW620
-Displays message "Download was unsuccessful, please try again later."

I've tried:
-Clearing cache of application
-New SD card
-Reseting phone

I have wifi on the phone, but no 3g or 4g. I was wondering if it requires to always have 3g or 4g in order to download.

I've been having the same problem, I have looked on quite a few websites now and haven't found any solution have you had any luck or found anyway to fix this yet??

It all of a sudden started working for 10 minutes the other day, but nothing since then. on WIFI only, phone was a handme down with no sim card in it.
