Lg gw620

[DiegoSanAz]

Hello,

I am thinking in switching from BB to an android cell phone. In particular the LG GW620 which it has an Android OS V 1.5

Can that OS be updated to the new 2.3 gingerbread????

Welcome to the Android Forums!

A factory update to the GW620 will likely be up to LG and the carrier. The LG web site lists the GW620 as having an Android Cupcake UI (1.5). Outside of a possible custom ROM I'd be somewhat dubious of LG releasing an update to Gingerbread for this phone.
