So i bought this LG k4 and it worked decently for a while some lag. One day i was listening to music on my headphones and put the phone in my pocket and it stopped playing music. so i pulled the phone back out and clicked play. then put it back in my pocket and the music paused again. The phone then started skipping music and playing other songs. I'll try to google something on it and the stupid google voice thing will come up and start "listening" then il close it, it will then immediately open and close open and close . the phone is now doing this new thing were it turns the volume up and down for me and it really annoys me. I did call Lg they told me to clear the cache on google app and music i did and it didnt solve anything. ive cleared the entire system cache it hasnt done anything. finnaly she told me were gonna have to do a factory reset so i said ok whatever i have like 3 apps on this thing and the music is all on an sd card. so before i was about to do she hung up! but thats besides the point i did a factory reset and it did nothing. so is the phone faulty? seriously i need help and i recommend this phone to NO ONE it is trash.
EDIT: i forgot to mention the music playing and pauseing thing only happens really when i have headphone in. and the phone says im wearing a headset when im wearing plain old trs headphones no buttons on them either they are a plain trs socket.
