Help LG K7 BOOT LOOP

I woke up this morning and my Lg K7 said "software update downloaded", and asked if I wanted to install now or later. I ran it later in the afternoon. During the installation it said "error" and reboot itself back to the lg start up screen, and then to a black screen that has a green bot with the words "no command" underneath it. How do I fix this, so my phone runs normally again?

Is your phone rooted? System updates can brick rooted phones.

If not, this is LG's fault, and you should seek service from your carrier or LG, itself.
