Have you tried to factory restore it?

I believe it's volume down + power, when the screen turns on release power button and press again, while still holding the volume down button.

If not then it might be a brick.

YEP DIDNT WORK THE DROID IS ONLY ON THE SCREEN LIKE LESS THEN 3SECONDS THEN BOOTS ALL OVER TO THE SAME LG PAGE ,,
