I am new to these forums so Hello to all!
My mother has an LG K8 phone running Android, not sure which version, all I know is that it auto updated and now when the phone boots, a recurring error 'Unfortunately system UI has stopped' keeps popping up.
No way around this error message and I have searched all I can online and the main fix appears to be to hold volume down button whilst powering on but doing this does not bring up the restore menu on this particular phone.
Has anyone else got another method to fix this issue as I am pulling my hair out here?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks for your time
