well i have a difficult case here: i have an lg L40(that's the information i have 
) and to access the cell you have to type a password. problem is that the phone was unused for a long time and the password forgotten. we cannot do a hard reset like many suggests because when you hold vol down and power/lock button you get the lg logo and it just goes away and appears again we get no other screen than the lg logo.
