My Metro Pcs LG (MS323) L70 *** has not been rooted... I factory reset. It and it comes back on but won't go no farther than the setup menu. You can chose language but it immediately stops and the screen says [ unfortunately settings have stopped ] How can I fix this issue
it's possible something didn't go right the last time. It sounds like it's missing a something necessary for the OS to run properly. I would wait to see what others have to say but if a factory reset doesn't work and you haven't rooted it, then you might be able to send it back to the manufacturer for repair.
