Hey guys. New to the site. Just purchsed a manufacturer refurbished LG L86C for my son and he says that he is running into a very annoying screen freeze situation with it. 
Its a Straight Talk phone. Can anybody provide suggestions on what to do about the screen freezes? He said he has done the hard resets multiple times but no good. Thanks all for you comments and for this great site!
