Help LG l86c showtime problems!!!!!!

alright i got this lg showtime givin to me. it was messed up when i got it. it says secure network booting errorlogo. it will not go to hard reset or nothin! but i was able to get it to connect to my Pc by holding both volume buttons while i plug in the usb cable which put it in download mode but thats IT!! the phone will pop up as a WIFI CARD in the devices and printers and i cannot get into it there. Need help im just tryin to put a OS back on the phone!
