"Recently" would mean that it's still under warranty. My thought when it comes to problems with a phone that's under warranty is "get it replaced". Why worry about why it's happening if you don't have to. (I don't know if it's true or not, but the story goes that Einstein claimed that he never wasted time memorizing his phone number, because he knew how to look it up if he needed it. IOW, don't waste effort over things there's no need to waste it over.)
