Help LG Leon stuck in driving mode

Hi new here so thanks for letting me join. I have contacted metropcs and LG nothing they have done includind hard reset has help. The problem is everytime someone calls my phone it says I'm driving and listen to the music and goes straight to voicemail. I am lost I have turned call forwoarding off Metropcs says my phone is stuck in driving mode but they or LG can't tell me how to get out of it even after hard reset losing everything it still says the same thing when you call except now it's not my voice it's a computer voice. Help please trying to go on trip on 18th Texas to California need my phone.

Hmm, let's see if this helps. If you go into your phone's settings, tap on the "Call" option. Tap on "Call reject" and make sure that it is turned off. Go back a screen(but still in Call settings) and make sure that "Auto answer" is turned off. I hope this helped you in-time for your trip.
