I have reset the phone, basically done everything and it wont go past this screen. " Unfortunately settings isnt working" . I may have deleted some files i shoudnt have , i am not sure , someone please help me.

You're gonna have to flash the stock kdz file if you deleted something. I had to do the same thing. There's a guide on the main page
