HelpMyPhoneIsntWorking
Lurker
I have a LG Leon, software 5.1-ish(it's been a while since I had to check), and T-Mobile is my carrier.
The story goes like this, I was playing a game when I saw that the update center started updating 3 notifications in the swipe-down menu. It updated 2 things, and then I swiped all the notifications off. I exited the game and I went to the Update Center and it had a 1 by the icon. I opened it up, and it said I needed to update the software. The update needed about 63.7mb of space, so I decided I would update my phone if it was so important. My phone then restarts and what-not, and it gets to the screen with the bar and it starts updating. However, when it gets to the end, the above the bar turns to error and the bar itself disappears. I wait about a minute, and then I unplug my phone from the charger. When I do this, the phone shuts off. I turn it back on manually, it says LG, and then goes to a screen similar one to the download screen, except now it has an android with his chest ripped open and it says "No command". I can't turn the phone back off, so I put it back on the charger on the No command screen and go to sleep and hope it would fix itself. It didn't.
I don't know how to fix this. This morning I have tried to go into recovery mode, but when it tried to do what it does and factory reset the phone, it just restarts and goes to the No command screen. I can't find anything else on how to fix my phone. So, how do I get my phone working again?
