Help LG LS670 - Stuck at Sprint ID screen

I've been reading here and at Android central for about 2 hours and I still can't figure out how I can bypass the "Sprint ID" screen. The phone has a bad ESN, but I just want the ability to play around with the Android OS. I can't access any menu options to check the base band, and I can't access the option to enable USB debugging.

Any suggestions?

I got adb shell working.

getprop
[persist.mvpdm.devSWVer]: [LS670ZV9]

Is this the baseband? Gingerbreak doesn't seem to work.
