Root LG Lucid 3...

Before anybody says "This is the wrong place for this" There isnt any place for the Lucid 3.. I am already rooted with towelroot and was wondering if anybody has a custom rom or recovery for my phone (VZW of course) i hate this stock version of the VZW loaded version of KK (4.4.2) So just to make this short, is there any port of Cyanogenmod for me or any other rom? Thanks in advance for anybody who helps

If this device is like our lucid 2. Then legit cwm is basically a waste of time. The bootloader trashes /data when you attempt to boot into legit cwm.

But regardless, im coming up with a solution to move /data to the sdcard. So i will work on this device after i finish on the lucid 2.

Dump your aboot, recovery, and boot partitions to images then upload and i will have that problem fixed.

No, not really.
just

dd if=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/partition of=/sdcard/partition.img

replace "partition" with the partition you want to dump of course. Like aboot.

ugh, i say im gonna do something then i just completely dont follow through.Ok, what we need now is to annoy djrbliss into adding loki support for the device. ( don't pls, teehee )

Since i dont have this device, im not sure how much i can really do. But it appears as djrbliss has said, that this device is patched from loki. And following his apparent knowledge, i can only come to the conclusion that there is neither a fastboot, nor any other method of getting a modified boot and/or recovery img onto the device. Unless this dump image thing(which is over my head) pertains to the lucid 3 at all.
But im gonna kind of end the rom/kernel/recovery train unless you want to further examine.

Its already rooted we just need a recovery so we can dump our rom and port others.. we can flash recoveries from inside the device but we just dont have any yet....
