Help LG motion 4g screen went blue and turned off

I have an LG 4G Motion, its been a little screwy. Today the screen turned blue and so I tried to lock it. This turned it off it seems, its didn't go through the motions of shutting down but it won't turn back on. I've tried finding other threads that will help but so far none of the answers help me. If anyone has a solution it would be much appreciated.

My screen turns blue sometime if i bump my charger while charrging.
I just take the battery out for second ,back in and reboot
And all is good

I've messed with the battery and charger but it doesn't help. I think the battery may be fried. I may just have to try getting a new one.
