Help LG Motion 4G stuck on EV

Hello all,

I've been stuck on EV for five days now. I've been getting 4G service for about a year now, ever since i bough this phone. But lately its been on EV. i get the 4G service the minute i drive about a mile away from my home, never had this problem at home before. i tehter every day, but never go over 15 Gigs per month. my wifes 4g has the same problem, so i'm thinking is the metro pcs towers or something. I've called them, but all they did was reset it and reprogrammed my phone three times and no luck. i also did the 228 option 5 and nothing changed. but if i drive about a mile away from my house every work then. Any help is high appreciated. I'm in the Los Angeles area, 91331 zip code.
 
Have you switched phones recently by calling *228?

If this is the case, then your SIM card that is needed for 4g is not activated any more. So you need them to start it back up for you.Try and see if that fixes the problem.

P.S. I left mine on EV. Seems faster in my opinion.

He gets 4G as soon as he leaves his house.

If he is getting 4G away from his house, it is just a signal issue in his area. Same thing happens to me, only at my house I have crappy 1X, walk into the street, 4G. It's ridiculous.
