Help Lg motion connect as installer

I have gotten a new radio pioneer deh-x3600ui and I'm not able to connect to it. I believe I have narrowed it down to connected as installer. The radio times out b4 the connected as installer goes to the storage feature. The radio displays error 19.

What does error 19 mean according to the stereo? It should mount in mtp mode without problem. Works on my $15 fm transmitter....

Error 19 is a communication error

Go in to the USB mode settings on the Motion and change it to MTP instead of the driver install mode.
