Help Lg Motion PROBLEM

Whats up guys, hope someone can help me. My LG Motion wont connect to the internet except thru wifi. Ive lost the 4g, 3g, 1x, signal that floats in the status bar, and in the settings menu my mobile network state says disconnected, and the ip address reads unavailable. Ive called MetroPCS, went thru all the mess with that, did alive chat as well. After all the programming, reprogramming, resets and updates, still no connection. Any ideas would be HIGHLY appreciated. Close to using this thing for target practice. Thanx.
 
Have you checked if you had the correct APNs? And what do you mean mobile network stays disconnected in the settings menu? What happens if you turn on packet data?
 
When I access the apn the screen is blank? The mobile network state, under settings>about phone>status, it says disconnected. Not sure about packet data im kind of a newbie on issues that involve this much depth.
 
You aren't able to connect to mobile network because you have no APNs. Open the APN settings, click menu button and then select create. You need to call MetroPCS for the APN settings you have to use. Also, under Settings>Wireless Networks>Mobile Networks> make sure that "mobile data (packet data in other phones)" is turned on.
