Help lg motion wont boot my backup recover, instead I get an wd5 missmatch error when i try to recorver

As the long title says, my lg motion wont load up the backup i created in case i screwed something up while messing around when rooted. I really need some help on this because it sucks to have restart on everything. Is there a way to fix this? Or am i just screwed?
