LG nexus 4 from O2 shop?

Though I am sure people would buy from O2, I wonder why they would do so given that they would be paying a lot for the phone - something that I am sure you already know. As for your question, I have no idea and I am not about to find out. Sorry!

I did (from O2) so that I could get my hands one one straight away. I worked out an upgrade deal with them on a tariff I was happy with so I'm not bothered about the economics.

It seems to be unlocked although I don't have a SIM other than O2's to try myself.

Everything is unbranded though, box, no bloatware and so on and I received the 4.2 update straight away.

Just to update i went and bought one tonight from o2 in trafford centre and they are indeed unlocked!
Even though the man i was dealing with kept saying over and over again that the phone was locked to o2! (i only asked him once)

Are they selling only the 8gb?

You mean T-Mobile over in the UK? I read in another thread just now that the T-Mobile US model is locked to T-Mobile. Hopefully that's not true.
I don't think that's necessarily true. I could but wrong, but I think I remember Google and co. mentioning that the T-Mobile Nexus 4 was unlocked as well, the same as everyone elses. Same as with the Nexus One a few years ago: T-Mobile facilitates the deal with their customers and the customers get the true version of the phone.

Anyone got any pricing details? I asked in my local store, but they said they're a small store and have none in and couldn't give me any prices either. I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra compared to the Google store...but not gonna go mad.

In the US it's about $150 USD more int he T-Mobile store. So it's probably the UK equivalent, +/- a few dollars here and there.
