lg optimus elite virgin mobile

[Android Question]

I cannot make outgoing calls. I have a good data connection and can receive calls and text fine. I have had the phone for 9 months without issues at all. Any ideas what could cause this?
Already did a soft reboot. And have 3 bars consistently

you might want to give virgin mobile a call. it might need to be reprovisioned and only they can do that for you. also it might be a tower outage which they can tell you as well.
