Help LG Optimus F3 (MS659) stuck in LG logo.

Hi all.

So here's the story: I have a MetroPCS LG F3 factory unlocked. I moved to Mexico and I believe my phone got an update from the mexican company (Movistar) since I got a message to reboot my device to update the new features. And softbricked my phone...

Here's so far what I have done to the phone, which the only thing done to it was root it with Kingo root:
* At boot, I was getting the LG logo and a certificate validation error. I can enter Download mode and Emergency mode.
* Hard reset screen has no menu but it will reset it, get the android with blue wireframe in the belly. No go fixing it and will go into Qualcomm mode
* Tried LG Mobile Support Tool but it was getting stuck at 4%. Tried many time and 3 different systems. No go.
* Tried to flash MS659 KDZ without success.
* In Qualcomm mode, I was able to use BoardDiag and redo the partitions. Phone booted fine and got excited. Turned off to insert sim and after that NO GO.

As of right now, phone is stucked in LG logo, sometimes with the HOME button LED off and sometimes with the LED flashing in colors. I can enter Emergency mode, Download mode, and perform the hard reset. No go flashing with any of the above software either.
In Qualcomm mode, using DiagBoard (which helped the first time) will do the AP test fine, but can't do the EMMC since it will fail and disconnect the phone.

I have the original MetroPCS files for this phone (F3 Optimus): KDZ, TOT, CAB and the MS659.dll

Any suggestions to try before I play frisbee with my phone???

There is no other way to fix it you have to call LG so they can fix it, I got a similar error to yours once I took it to LG they fixed it although if the found is out of warranty or physical damage happened to the phone you do have to pay extra fees to fix it.

Never take an OTA upgrade on a phone that has been rooted.
Since you can get into download mode, flash the original KDZ.

What error message(s) do you receive when trying to flash the tot via LG Flash Tools? That may provide some clues as to what's holding it up from taking the original firmware. And just to be sure, you're trying to flash the same tot you used as the target file in BoardDiag correct?

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, I'm about 3000 miles away from home (USA). And for sure my phone is out of warranty (over 2 years).

I always remove the OTA upgrades, but this time I forgot. My phone rebooted the dumb way (I ran out of battery).

As per my post, KDZ won't flash into my phone. wparam:100 lparam:100. XML parse has been updated too.

Right. Same file for both. LG Flash stops at 4%. BoardDiag will pass AP, but error reading/writing EMMC.
I have to mention that the EMMC error happened after I was able to use BoardDiag successfully one time. Phone booted fine and after I turned off to insert SIM, went back to square one.

Typically though, LG Flash Tools will provide a log of the flash effort in the upper left box you're using for COM41. If it's failing at 4%, it should be giving you a reason for that fail. Perhaps you could post the entirety of the text output in that box?
