Help LG Optimus G: Help adding music

Hello everyone. I am asking for help with my new LG Optimus G. I want to add music and my photos (already in albums) but have no clue how to go about doing this. I have gone from the iPhone 5 to this phone so I am completely lost. anyone want to help me?

The easiest way here, would be transferring your files you wish to move onto your pc/laptop, then plug your device into pc. Let it install drivers if it hasn't yet (since your new to the optimus ) then drag and drop those files into the device folder.

ok how do i get the music off itunes? maybe i should add the music to my mom's iphone then use transee to get my music back becuase all of my music is on itunes.
