how can i get my touch screen back working??? people can call an text me but i cant answer the phone cause my touch screen isnt working what can i do????

Have you tried pulling battery and then holding down the power button for 20-30 seconds? If still no go, you will need to Google how to get into the recovery and do a factory reset.
