Help LG Optimus M problem

Hello I was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Tonight when I received a call all the phone did was vibrate and then it lit up and said The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. It happens whenever someone calls me and the call goes to voicemail since I can't answer the call. Also I noticed it said The application Settings (process com.android.settings) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again. whenever I go to settings and go to volume. Please anyone I would appreciate it if you could tell me whats wrong. Everything else works. I am able to text, etc. I can also call people too.

You might try doing a hard reboot of the phone. This often clears nagging problems that crop up. To perform a hard reboot simply power down the phone, pull the battery, reinsert the battery, and power back up. I hope this sets things right for you.
