Lg Optimus V help

Hi, I have an issue. Imam the current owner of an Optimus v from virgin mobile. I successfully rooted it, but I then I attempted to to a reboot of sorts and it now does the lg thing when it's turned on, the vm thing, but then the screen is black. HELP!?
