Help LG play services

iv been busy with a lg now for 2 hours and it wont update the play services i fix phones and do every thing on all phones regarding software but this is stumping me.


please dont give me obvious things to try thanks

What happened to start this? Just randomly started or after flashing something? Are you rooted with custom ROM or anything? There's lots of suggestions here, most of which are to do with clearing cache etc which I assume you have probably already done but it suggests checking download manager, and if you are rooted, amending a host file.
