Help LG Shine Plus and ClockworkMod Recovery

Trying to revert to 2.1 and backup using ROM Manager but in order to do anything it says "You must have clockworkmod recovery installed before continuing. Install the recovery through Rom Manager first" I go install and it asked to select phone. Options are:
Commtiva Z71 (Boston, Blaze and More)
Dell Streak
Geeksphone ONE
Huawei Ascend
Huawei Acend 2
Huawei Pulse
Huawei Pulse Mini
Huawei U8220/U8230
Micromax A70
Spice MI700, Commtiva Link N700 and More)

Which one do I select to back up my current files and restore the Android 2.1 files I previously downloaded?

You can't use Clockworkmod for this phone, as it wasn't developed for it. Clockwork is too big to fit in the Shine Plus' recovery. The only available recovery is the phone on the all things root forum which is Amon-RA

ClockworkMod removed from SD and since ROM Manager seems to be connected with ClockworkMod ROM Manager has been uninstalled as well.
