I'm having problems with my Lg Optimus T. When I turn on the phone it goes to the LG screen and the bottom keys blink. Doesn't go any farther than that. Any ideas on how to fix it?

reflash your ROM..and/or flash a new kernel. Also, clear/format you caches in recovery.

I have the same problem. I can get into emergency mode. Haven't tried safe mode. I'm at work and do not have the device with me at the moment... But if I can get into safe mode what do I do next? Can you give me links to the firmware that I have to flash or maybe a link to the post that explains what I have to do?
This forum is a bit mish mashed together. Links to all the different "versions" of different software and recoveries. I wish someone would put together a guide and point to the right versions instead of a link with all the different versions and we have to figure out which one is the correct one!

If all you see is the LG screen then reseting the phone might work better. Just know that when you reset the phone that you will delete most 3rd party apps off the phone and the phone will be like it was when new. This is why backups are so important. A backup would have restored everything to where it was before the problem happened.
Hold the DOWN volume button AND the HOME button down at the same time. While holding them down now press the power button. Release when you see the LG screen. It also might be possible that the battery is bad and can't hold enough energy to boot the phone any farther than the LG screen. If that's the case then recharging the battery might or might not resolve the issue. Depends on if the cells in the battery are bad or not.

I have one doing the same thing. I tried to recover it using KDZ but it would not complete successfully. It would reboot when it was almost done and get stuck at the LG screen.
Also it does weird things like as soon as I plug in the usb cable it tries to boot. Is this normal? I thought it should go to a battery charging screen.
