Lg style 4 in high resolution .

my lg stylo some how has got into high resolution. And I can only see the numbers 2,5,8,0. So I am not able to unlock my screen. What can I do with out factory reset? I need to get into my phone. Please someone help.

I have the LG Stylo 4 and the resolution doesn't have anything to do with the locking order of that device and here's the picture of the location you're talking about. Now if the phone is locked, that means whomever is trying to access the device has forgotten the passcode that was place in the device security settings. High resolution it's just the screen settings of extreme clarity that's all.

Secondly your chances of achieving a factory reset with that screen lock would be slim to none. Take it from someone that had to send their phone back to LG factory because the phone was locked.

I presume the Stylo 4 has USB OTG. If so, try a PC keyboard via the OTG and it should accept your unlock PIN by typing it on the keyboard.

Try putting the phone in safe mode by pressing the power button+ volume down button then volume up. The factory set screen will appear to do whatever you're trying to achieve. Just make sure that you got your passcode to unlock it once you get there.
