Hello, I've had my LG-K550 (T-Mobile) for a couple months now and have done kind of extensive research on a way to root it. I've read some users say KingRoot worked. Most recently I've tried KingRoot 4.9.7 with no avail. I'm fairly new to android. I was on IOS for 10 years before this phone. So maybe I'm missing something? I Know Linux and I know CP fairly well. Has anybody been able to successfully root this device? My main priority for rooting is to remove Google and some other Unwanted Bloatware. Thank You.
PS. I am opening this thread in support of the LG-K550 specifically other threads seem to lean on the MetroPC end and I am unsure if they are the same firmware or root method.
