Is your phone rooted? You need to be running a stock ROM to update.

At least you got the update. Still waiting for mine. Do you have enough free space on your phone? I think download is 770MB. Probably be good to at least free up 1GB until after your update. You might try the PowerClean app to remove junk off your phone to free up space.

Yes it's rooted. I didnt change the rom.

The error is because you are rooted,You must return your device back to stock in order to get the OTA update.

Yes, there was ample space because I had just replaced the phone (warranty) to remedy problems.

are you running 5.1.1 ZV4 or ZV5? or are you still on 5.0.1 ZV3?

I didn't know there is update for stylo. Stylo means LG g3 stylus or it is a different model?

Edit: just saw it is USA LG phablet model. I'm waiting upgrade for mine LG g3 stylus. Don't really know it will come at all.
