Theres a headphones sign on when I don't have headsets plugged into the phone and now I can't hear anything out of this phone including people during phone calls

Have you tried looking (with a flashlight) and checking to make sure that there isn't any lint or dirt caught in the headphone jack? Have you tried rebooting?

Hi there and welcome to the forums.

Sorry to hear about the trouble, try doing what Kelmar mentioned.
See if something is small enough to fit down there and see if any dust comes out. You can also try making sure you plug it in enough to where it snaps. Same thing worked with my device.
