I got my LG Sunrise about 4 days ago on Straight talk and when I turn it on it will not load up pass the TracFone logo and it will go black for a second or 2 and it will go back to the TracFone logo
 
Power off the device, then hold volume up and the power buttons at the same time, then you should come to a recovery menu. This screen should give you the option to factory reset. Just be aware that this will delete everything from the phone, and it will be as it came fresh out of the box.

I never got the recovery menu
 
  1. Ensure the device is powered off.

    If screen is frozen, remove/reinsert battery.
  2. If device is on, press the power button and select Power off. Tap OK to power off.
  3. Press and hold the Volume Down button, the Home button, and the Power button simultaneously. Release the Power button when the LG Logo appears and release the other two buttons when the System recovery screen appears.
  4. Select Factory data reset.

    Allow several minutes for the factory data reset and reboot processes to complete.

    To setup the device after the reset has completed, refer to Initial Activation and Setup.
